Project Management

• Assist with the management of our Client’s projects from start to completion
• Perform existing property condition assessments
• Coordinate and produce design/engineering work to ensure compliance with design concept
• Work with project teams to ensure timely completion of documents

Business Development and Marketing

• Participate in industry organizations to increase firm’s profile and develop marketing opportunities

Office Management

• Assist with the management of the daily office operations

Technical

• Comply with office and firm-wide processes, the firm’s standard operating procedures, governing codes and current industry standards for our projects

Experience and Profile:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in architecture, engineering or construction management
• Proficiency with the current edition of AutoCAD
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Self-motivated, goal setting, driven personality
• Organizational skills, ability, and preference to work on many small to medium sized projects simultaneously; in lieu of, one large project at a time
• Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally with all levels of staff
• Interested in continuous learning, professional growth, and future partnership opportunities

Position: Director of Sales – East Coast

The successful candidate for this role will lead the growth for our firm on the east coast with a focus in Florida including business development, sales and marketing.

You will have the opportunity to expand on relationships with our current clients as well as develop new relationships. This role will be focused toward residential property management firms which manage multi-family community associations.

Candidates with an interest in future ownership opportunities are welcome. Entrepreneurial types with a passion for excellence will be a good fit for our company culture.

Responsibilities:

Business Development and Marketing

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
• Participate in industry organizations such as the Community Association Institute (CAI) to increase our firm’s profile and develop marketing opportunities

Client Service

• Assist project leaders with client relationship from initial proposal through project completion

Technical

• Ensure adherence to office and firm-wide processes and the firm’s standard operating procedures

Experience and Profile:

• 5+ years’ experience in sales with a demonstrated ability to convert leads to clients
• Experience with community associations is preferred.
• Knowledge of building construction is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Demonstrated ability to perform sales services
• Self-motivated, goal setting, driven personality
• Organizational skills to track sales efforts and analyze metrics
• Comfortable performing public presentations
• Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally with all levels of staff
