In 2015, we performed an evaluation and provided drawings and specifications for a facade repair project at the Association shown below. This Association is now ready to move forward with making the repairs. Before we can issue the drawings for bidding we will perform a second building evaluation to determine if additional repair work is needed due to the amount of time that has passed.
